Year-round leases · DFW area

Lease your land to us year-round.

We're looking for long-term homes for our fireworks stands. Justice Fireworks is expanding and adding locations around DFW. If you own or manage land with frontage on a busy road, we'd like to lease a small spot year-round, and we pay rent twice a year, after each season.

Why it's easy

Rent twice a year, very little hassle

Our stands are container-style buildings that stay on your property year-round. They're open for sales only during the two fireworks seasons and closed and secured the rest of the year. We're a family-owned, local operator, and we look after the site the whole time.

Rent paid twice a year

You're paid after each season: once after the July 4 season and once after the New Year's season.

Family-owned & local

You'll deal directly with a local family business, not a faceless company.

Open only two seasons

Open June 24 – July 4 and Dec 20 – Jan 1. Closed and secured the rest of the year.

FAQ

Common questions

Will the stand stay up all year?

Do I need to do anything?

Not much. We just need access to the agreed space. We handle placing the stand, running it during the seasons, and keeping the area clean. If there's power nearby we may ask about using it, but it isn't required.
